Amazon such a good online shop for many reasons. One is the variety of products that they supply nowadays. They began some years ago mainly with books, cds and dvds but soon expanded their catergories so that they now stock products on a similar scale as Argos across all departments. The next good thing with Amazon is of course shopping from the comfort or your own home so comparing prices is easier and like this great site Amazon offers reviews on a lot of their products written by people like you and me! Its nice and easy to navigate around Amazon to find what you want and it will even make suggestions to you of products that you may also like or which you can get a discount on if combining purchases. The site is nice and fast and never seems to be down or having problems which is also a bonus. Delivery charges are also very reasonable if not free a lot of the time depending on how much you spend. There is also the big plus for Amazon in that its help pages and communication with its customers is really good. If you want to order something but it might take longer than necessary to get to you they let you know this BEFORE you order so your not stuck waiting for something by a specific date that never arrives. There help pages and FAQ's are very relevant and easy to move around. Delivery has always been prompt with Amazon too in my experience and you always get what is ordered in good condition. They are a trusted retailer too so paying by card is not a worry either. If you have never been to Amazon before I would recommend you check it out as it rivals a lot of high street shops and even places like ebay for value, service and choice. There is also the option to sell on Amazon a bit like ebay. In fact Amazon could become the new ebay?!
