I'm a real bookworm and also enjoy reading the reviews of others, this can be done on this shopping system, you couldn't do that in the real shops.

I've not had any complaints to make, although they did send me an unusual CD by someone who I had never heard of, (I think the mix up was it must have been the next part of the alphabet) There were no quibbles they asked me to post it back, with no cost to myself.

The books or CD's have always arrived in good condition and very promptly.
