I have been using Amazon for the past three months since I have been getting sent gift vouchers from various places. I used it to do a lot of this years Christmas shopping.

I found signing up to the site very straight forward. One I had signed up and logged in I could enter gift voucher codes which I found easy to do from my account. I like that you can add the vouchers and then spend an amount from them and the rest of the voucher will remain in the account so you don't have to spend it all at once.

Searching the site for what I wanted to buy was very easy. You can search all categories or in a specific category. The prices of items are very good and I have only bought the items direct from Amazon not other users.

The delivery on all items I have bought so far has been free. I think there is a minimum spending amount to qualify for the free delivery. I have received the items fairly quickly and could have received them even quicker if I had paid extra for express delivery.

The item information given is very good. At the top it gives the name of the product along with a picture and the price. It says whether the item is in stock and who it is being sold by. It also states when you will receive the order by if you order before a set date. It then shows other items that people buy alongside the product. It lists the technical details and of some items the manufacturers description. Then towards the bottom of the page you can view customer reviews. It shows ratings out of five stars and comments from people who have bought the product.

I will continue to use this site to buy direct from Amazon because I think the service is good, I can buy things cheaper than at other places and the delivery is quick.
