Straightforward but immensely frustrating! Amazon is a trusted site and apart from trying to buy a spare guitar for Guitar hero on playstation around a year ago, which never came!, I have had great experiences with them even though they are slow.

However this christmas Amazon simply let me down. Some of the books arrived but the jacket was ripped. I am still awaiting a replacement. And the second batch of books for presents were never dispatched and on christmas eve I received an email to tell me that they were not due until the 19th of Jan. I would not have been popular!

Forced to go and see the snotty lady at my local bookstore, not a happy bunny. Will give them a good 2 months to deliver next christmas, not fun.

Maybe Amazon has got a bit big for its book shaped boots!!!!! Dont buy in december and expect to receive them!
