Amazon Amazon Amazon... Where to start Well amazon.co.uk is a unique online shopping experience with alot of choice and products at competitive prices, Amazon.co.uk is also a very very famous online retailers they are very popular and most of the time reliable, And there are often bargains to be had and they have now brought in free delivery on orders over £5 which has yet again proved to be popular, I have only ordered from Amazon twice once of which was an excellent experience and the other not so good.......

The First time I ordered a GCSE science book the price was good compared to other online retailers so I decided to pick them, checkout was a easy and quick process with no faults and the delivery time was excellent, However the second time I ordered a CCea ict a level revision book this order was back in September 2008 the check out was yet again hassle free and as the book was only on sale in limited stores I knew Amazon was a good place to shop, it did state on the website delivery would be over 4 weeks but I was prepared to wait, by December I started to become very concerned about my order so decided to email Amazon, within the next day I has received an email from a customer services representative to find out Amazon had already "emailed" me to inform me they were no longer going to stock the book but I am pretty sure I had never received an email so after a wasted 4 months I was pretty annoyed to say the least.

Now back to the positives Amazon offer a service were you can combine vouchers which I feel is great as you can build up your vouchers until you get a larger amount, there vouchers are often used as rewards on survey sites and reviews sites etc.

However even know my bad experience I would recommend shopping with Amazon and would shop there again myself,
