For those who has not yet read or rated my previous review, about what I did to my dooyoo vouchers here it is. As you know now I used my vouchers shopping at amazon.co.uk, and I'm so happy to say that I have already received all of my orders. Amazon.co.uk is now my favorite online store!


ORDERING

Before I completed the 50 pounds worth of vouchers here in dooyoo, I always visit amazon UK to choose and look for items that is cheap and that can be shipped here. Actually I already create an account so that I can easily get around the site and checkout some stuff. And when I saw something, I added it to my wishlist so that I can monitor if the item is already sold and other changes that may occur. And then after two weeks of waiting I added it to my basket and then fill up some forms for the payment, like if you want it to be special delivery or you want to change the address. Before the final payment they will compute all the things that you bought and see if you have enough money or vouchers for the items. And then after that a confirmation that you already purchased and pay the product.

I bought two items, a cd and the other one that I got was from a seller, so what happened I can't put them in one delivery because I think the seller is the one responsible for the item that I bought from them. I can say I had a smoothe and a pleasant shopping at amazon UK.

AFTER SALES COMMUNICATION

After purchasing I can still monitor the items, like when will it be deilivered, if already dispatched and other confirmation about it. My communication with the seller is through amazon, they said that they will send my emailed to the said seller, and I can say that BizTek World (the seller) have a very good customer service. They respond to my emails very quick and as of now I don't have complains.

DELIVERY

I ordered couple s ago week and as I remember t it will took 8-15 days before the arrival of the items but to my surprise all of my orders arrivedjust after a week. The cd was delivered Tuesday and that was 4 days after they said that the items was already shipped, I think they took the time to ship it before the weekends. And for me that's very good way of really pleasing their customers. As for the mp3 I got it Wednesday and I was really expecting it about a week, but I guess because they are associated with amazon that's why they want to be in that level, fast and very reliable.

PACKAGING

The cd is in a carton and I love the packaging, it's just a plain brown carton with an amazon name. Why I like it? because I can say that the cd is safe , we know that the cd cover is fragile and can easily get scratches. Its a nice way of pleasing the customers, it means they want to deliver it in a very nice condition. As for the mp3 its also in a good packaging, the box is nice and the item is also in a good and safe package.

ALL IN ALL.

I won't hesitate to do business again with them and I hope I can do it again with the same result. I can say that AMAZON is the world's number ONE online shopping store. I would do that again if I will be given a chance and I have brilliant plans how to use the vouchers and what things to buy.
