Finding goods can be like getting lost in jungle but at Amazon this is certainly not the case (amazon.co.uk)

Advantages: Competitive prices, free delivery, wide range of products

When people want to look for a certain book, CD, film or game, Amazon is the first stop for a lot of people. The Amazon brand was founded way back in 1994 and I must say I am surprised to find it has become such a large brand, having been one of the first to retail entertainment goods Amazon has benefitted from being able to offer good service to people to build up their trust.

==== Range of goods ====

I have found the range of goods on offer at Amazon to be superb, they even now sell sporting goods and electrical goods. Another thing I have found useful is the Amazon marketplace where individual retailers can sell their goods on the off chance that amazon do not provide them. I have found that a lot of retailers on amazon marketplace can actually be slightly cheaper than Amazon themselves.

==== Price ====

In terms of price I haven't seen that much difference between Amazon and their main rival Play.com. Compared to a lot of other retailers though Amazon is deffinately very good value for money.

==== Delivery price / service ====

I have found that the super saver delivery is very good in that it is free, the trade-off for this is that it will take around 3 days. You can pay extra if you want it quicker, which can be useful if you are pre-ordering something and want it on its day of release. For those who are Amazon Prime members free next delivery is offered on most products (which can be very useful) however to become an Amazon Prime member costs around £49.99.

==== Overall service ====

Overall I have found Amazon very pleasant to deal with I have never had any problems when it comes to paying for an item or even finding one, the super saver delivery can sometimes take a bit longer to arrive than they actually say (sometimes I have had to wait over a week for something).
