As the Christmas time of year fast approaches I am on the search for presents for my daughter and the rest of the family. This year I got smart and told her and everyone else to make a list and to hang it on the fridge, needless to say my whole fridge is now covered with every ones wish list. As I searched for the perfect thing to buy I kept coming back to books that everyone had been begging for.

As I looked for the books in the local stores I was very disappointed to see that they wanted an arm and a leg for them. I was not willing to spend the amount of money they wanted for them, so I thought that I would go home and look for the same books on Amazon, boy am I glad I did. They had the same book my daughter wanted for half what they wanted for it in the local store as well as every one else's books and all for way cheaper as well.

As I found first one then another I was amazed with how easy it was to find them all. It seemed that I would be able to do my Christmas shopping all in one place. As I added more and more to my cart I saw the price rising by the second. I was almost afraid to see what I would end up spending. As I found the last book and put it in my cart. I was now ready to pay for them all. I had my fingers crossed that I would not break the bank with this purchase. As I waited for the total to update I was given a nice surprise with the price it was very affordable and left me with still more money to spend on my loved ones.
As I entered my info and clicked the pay now button I was greeted with a confirmation that my payment has been received and that my item will ship very shortly. I was happy with the ease of ordering the items that I wanted, as well as the no muss no fuss ease of check out. No long lines to wait in. I was hooked.
As I was about to finish up my day online and go to bed I thought I should check my email one last time. I had also received an email stating that my item had been shipped and that I should receive it in 2-3 days as I had chosen 2 day shipping. I went to bed and slept well knowing that in 2-3 days I would have presents to wrap for the Christmas holiday.
The next day was my day off so I slept in not thinking too much about it, but as I walked down the stairs I noticed a box sitting by the stairs that had Amazon written all over it. I could not believe that it had arrived already in about 12 hours my item had been ordered then shipped and I had received it. I had never shopped on Amazon before now but I can honestly say that I will be doing all my online Christmas shopping at Amazon.co.uk.
