I have done internet shopping for a while although i must say that at first i did not understand how the concept of amazon worked i thought it was another ebay. Once a friend said to me you should try amazon i thought ebay is cool so why would this not be. I am now a frequent user of amazon and i found that the company came in very useful once i got to university as i brought all of my text books from the company.
Although i mainly use amazon for the technology that they sell as i find that they are extremely reasonable. There delivery is very prompt and is handled in a professional manor, When Call of Duty Black Ops came out i pre ordered the game on amazon and the game actually arrived the day before the released date unfortunately i was not in to collect the game but i found it to be impressive.
I ordered a pair of dre beats of amazon and the wire started to split and the sound was crackled i called the very helpful call centre they sent me out a new pair on a next working day order and sent me a shipping code so i could choose a suitable pick up date within a month.
I also ordered my university text books and one of my books had pages missing Amazon gave me a full refund and I was also able to keep the book.
