Originally I used Jungle.co.uk as my on-line shopping portal because I thought is was meant to be relatively cheap in comparison to rival businesses and also reliable. However, it turned out that Jungle.co.uk were total pants! I ordered 2 cd's from the company, one which took about 3 weeks to arrive and the other never did arrive because they couldn't get the stock apparently....but they were kind enough not to charge me for the undelivered goods!

Since changing to Amazon.co.uk - I have had no problems, and look forward to continue buying over the internet through their portal. It is so easy to use, and has some excellent features to make shopping that much easier. These include : Shopping Lists, which can be saved, so that on return to the site at another date, you can view your desired products ready for purchase. It also has a feature which matches bands you are looking at with similar bands, and lists them so that they can be easily searched.

Overall, the site is quick and easy to navigate, it has unique features which make shopping on-line less of a hassle and more fun, and the business itself is very reliable.

However, I have only purchased audio products (cd's) and so I don't know how reliable the other segments of the business are. Yet, if it is as responsive and user friendly as it is when purchasing music titles, I would have no worries in recommending the service to you ... Thanks !
