Amazon.co.uk has no faults. I have ordered hundreds of pounds worth of books from them, and I still haven't had a late delivery or an unkind word from the people there. A perfect company? You betcha!

In the olden days, you could buy books from Amazon.co.uk and that was it. And, it had to be said that it was a pretty good service. However, for people who didn't read books or even couldn't read, this didn't help them much. Well, the people who couldn't read couldn't get to the site anyway - so Amazon's new improvements made little difference to them!

The improvements I'm ranting and raving about are simply the ones which allow you to do more with the service. Amazon.co.uk now sells DVDs, videos, music, books, software, computers, electrical equipmen t and even children's toys! The choice is fantastic, and the prices are even better. However, there is a dark side to Amazon.co.uk....

Delivery costs! Unlike other companies which have adopted a method of giving customers free delivery, Amazon charge you the earth - nearly as much altogether as the books would have cost hadn't they had a discount. However, if you can live with that you're doing fine!
