I was always very worried about using Amazon Marketplace as I'm sure a lot of people are. However I decided to try when I had a voucher and found out they were £10 cheaper than Amazon themselves. The product did come broken but they sent me out a brand new one and it came the next day.

I wouldn't get anything used as you never know what it will look like when it comes unless it is a collectable item. I have since bought a few items from Amazon Marketplace always been carful to select a seller with at least a 95% rating and reading the comments left by other buyers.

Amazon Marketplace is excellent after your first order. When I ordered my first item I was worried about its condition or even if it would come. I would say use Amazon Marketplace as it is excellent value. The only thing I would say is that you have to pay £2.95 for delivery on everything you order so if you are going to be ordering a lot of things I would total up the value of using Amazon over Amazon Marketplace as on orders over £5 Amazon offer free delivery and £2.95 can soon start to add up if you order a lot of items. Amazon are sometimes cheaper but when you click on Marketplace Amazon tells you who is the cheapest including delivery if it is them or if it is someone else.

As well as buying off Amazon Marketplace you can also sell your own unwanted items. It is easy to sell your unwanted items if you sell them as a reasonable price some people just go over the top and ask £100 for things which some people are asking £5 for.

There are fees including for individuals selling on Amazon, paying £0.86 per item plus 17.25% of the sale price.

I have never personally sold on Marketplace however a friend has and she said it was better than Ebay for selling your unwanted items and recommends giving it a try.
