Best thing to do is to plan your visit when it's quiet, ie, very early morning and avoid weekends as this place gets packed. It can prove to be an awful experience pushing through crowds of tourists and people waiting to be seen to by their staff, who seem far too stressed to give you any quality service. We went in to have our MacAir serviced - they replaced our faulty keyboard and fixed the infamous broken hinge problem free of charge, so they gain points there but we were not impressed by the customer service which is rushed and impersonal. As I am not a huge chocolate fan, I am allowed to choose a present for Easter instead and as my family don't do things by halves it is always a decent present. I had left my old ipod (which had actually lasted a few years rather than all the previous ones that had broken around the one year mark) at a friends house who couldn't be bothered to look for it before she went home to Finland for a month and I was lost without it.
