It's wonderful coming home after your holidays. Even if you've had a great time there's nothing better than putting your key in your door knowing that you have had a safe journey home. Well that's normally the way it is any way! This year when we put our key in the door we were met with a very stale smell and a rather large sticky, wet puddle making its way across the kitchen floor from beneath the fridge freezer! last year I had the misfortune of buying a Samsung Fridge Freezer from this company. I ordered on the 21st of July because the company had a great deal on the model I wanted nearly £100 less than all the other stores. The problem was that it kept mysteriously getting lost after I ordered it. Initially I was given a delivery date which was confirmed right up until 11am that morning when I found out that it had got lost in transit. They blamed the manufacture for not delivering it to them, which Samsung disputed.
