I have been using Asda online for a few months now and have mixed feelings about it.
On the down side some items have little or no product information. The country of
origin is not always stated on meat, fruit, vegetables and dairy products. You cannot
enlarge the pictures and some are too small so see and when there is no information it
would be handy to see what the picture is showing. And finally when you transfer
items to your trolley you can no longer see a picture at all and the description doesn't
always match what you have put in. On the plus side you get very few substitutions
and they price match any substitutions. The staff who deliver are generally friendly
and helpful as are the staff on the query line. All queries are dealt with promptly and a
full refund is usually given without question. My local Asda is a megastore and I
would hate to try and shop there with my three kids so for me it's a great way to shop.
