I only recently started using online shopping at Asda and I will tell you, I would recommend it to you anyone and will not be going elsewhere.

I used to go to Asda every Sunday before 12 oclock with my partner. We recently bought a house so there was a novelty of doing our shopping. We recently thought about going online and doing it. The week before we did eventually do the online way we were half way through and decided we would just go to the shop would be easier. How wrong were we, the place was soo busy and had hardly any stock..

So anyway 6/09/09 I went onto the Asda online website, booked my time slot as it asks you do to this at the beginning. It will ask you to type in your personal details for the delivery. You then just go through the website and choose which items you want. Its great.. It gives you a list of your items and shows how much your bill is. You have to spend a minium of £25.00 to qualify for home delivery. Delivery costs between £3.00 - £4.50 depending what time you want and when you want, how far in advance you book. Time slots are very good so you can do it for when you come in from work, lunch breaks, morning etc... so there is a time for everyone.

My first delivery which I got on the 7/09/09 as I put my order in was due to arrive at between 5.00pm and 7.00pm. This was 15 mins, I was leaving it 30mins then going to phone. When the driver arrived he apologised which was fine with us. All our items were there and the receipt was there which we could check that we recieved everything. There were 2 items which were out of stock which was fine they stated this on the receipt and took this off my card.

I will be doing on line shopping every week now, it is so much easier, no queues, no bag packing what more can you ask for..

I would recommend people do their shopping on-line, saves money on your fuel, saves a trip to a busy supermarket, saves babysitters if you cant take the kids with you. I would also recommend this sites to get free delivery and money off asda as well.
