Don't bother with ASOS (asos.com)

Disadvantages: Incredibly Poor Customer Service

ASOS customer service is, in a word, appalling. I have tried unsuccessfully to make two orders in the last month:-

The first was interminably lost in a loop between them and their feckless couriers - I ended up taking two afternoons off work to collect my package from the depot (in a particularly remote and unpleasant part of London), only to be told it had been 'returned'. This is despite them not having informed me, and ASOS having no record of this.

The second package still hasn't arrived, 13 days after I ordered it. And their amazingly rude customer service team haven't deigned to get back to me about it, so I can't even tell you what their excuse is this time.

If I wasn't buying recognised / premium brands from them, I wouldn't even bother with ASOS at all (and I won't in future). The quality of their own label clothes is dreadful, and you'd probably be helping to fund a sweatshop somewhere.

Summary: I can't believe they're still in business!
