I have shopped with asos for over a year now and they were very good untill i have experienced a problem. I have been waiting 5 months for a refund. The bank account they claim the money went into was closed down so the money could not and never did go in and the bank can prove this. ASOS are claiming no responsability and just keep sending me back to the bank when it is evident the bank have returned them the cheque when it did not enter the account. As asos do not have a telephone line it is proving impossible to resolve this as they have continued to send me standard emails simply telling me to go to the bank. They are not providing me with an adequate trace and therefore the bank cant do anything. Also 2 weeks ago they sent me an email saying that a cheque will be sent out to me then they changed there minds as i sat and awaited the arrival of the cheque. ASOS have my money and there is no sign of me ever getting it back without going through a solicitor. I am very dissapointed as this means i will stop using them.
