Advantages: Fast, free delivery. Good quality clothing
Disadvantages: None at all!
After seeing ASOS mentioned in a variety of magazines and blogs, i decided to try it out to see what all of the hype was about. Upon first visiting the website it was easy to use and simply set out, not fiddly and annoying like some other clothing websites. I looked in all the sections and decided what i intended to buy, and it's so easy to narrow down the search to find what you want! Say you wanted to buy a T-shirt but didn't intend to spend alot on it, you can simply select "T SHIRTS" in the side menu then "£10 and under" (there is also a £20 and £30 option). ANYWAY, i found what i wanted to buy, which was incidentally a t shirt (£5 in the sale, which i thought was really reasonable as i'd heard the ASOS own brand products were really good quality) and a necklace for £3 which just seemed like a really good price. I placed my order on Thursday the 17th and it was delivered on the 21st, which is good as i selected the free post option which they have on at the minute, so i was expecting it to take longer but they surprised me :) While on the subject of postage, i'd say that it was well packed and the necklace even came in its own jewellery box, which is good cause i've ordered from topman before and it's just been put in the bag.
If you're a student you also get a 10% discount when you use your nus extra card (which i don't have) but i thought i'd throw that in there for anyone considering to buy! i'd really recommend buying from asos, they stock a wide variety of high street and high fashion brands along with their high quality own brand, they really do deserve the hype they seem to be getting!
Summary: Reliable internet store that does justice to internet shopping
