ASOS is an online only brand, it sells a wide variety of clothes, accessories, makeup, beauty, branded, un branded and even designer ranges. They have been around for quite a while now, however to my knowledge I feel it has only recently within the last few years become more popular; so much so; girls are frequently saying now ASOS have good dresses, or it's from ASOS ect. This is good for the company as it has clearly reached out more, however now you cannot guarantee someone may be wearing the same thing as you.


*** Price, Quality & Style

The price of ASOS items are very reasonable I feel, and even more so are their sale items. You can really grab a bargain with items ranging from as little as £3 depending on the piece. Even their designer pieces can be in the sale also. I have bought quite a few things from them now over the past 2 years, basic items, shoes, bags, accessories and dresses; and can honestly say they are of lovely quality. Their website is always kept brilliantly up to date and has a huge range or products that are always on trend; I have noticed a few times though that their sizes do come up slightly bigger than I would have thought. For example their 'small' size basic slouchy tops and even sizes 8 - 10 do come up bigger. I am not the smallest person in the world and I deffinitely don't have a small bone structure frame, yet still these come up big one me. So much so I now have to wear a scarf with one of the deep V-tshirts, as it shows way too much on the slightest lean forward. I understand that oviously a slouchy tee is meant to be bigger, however even with their dresses they come up bigger than i expect. It isn't a huge problem it just means do have to often purchase 1 or 2 sizes of each item to make sure the fit is right, and then send the others back. To me this doesn't bother me as It is how I work with a lot of online ordering. (I would rather buy the sizes i think and send the wrong one back, rather than buy one and then buy another on a seperate order); however I understand a lot of people don't like this method of ordering.


*** Customer Service

I personally can only give my opinion on this, however my experience with customer service as always been good. They offer a service which enables you to email them and one of their assistants will get back to you within 24 hours; this is really good as it gives you that time scale that you know you will be dealt with. I have emailed in the past regarding offers and even posted a link asking if they sold / were about on their website could i locate a top in which one of the models was wearing whilst advertising a pair of pants.


*** Ordering & Shippping

The ordering process is very simple and you are constantly updated when the order has been received, processed and shipped out to yourself. Even when returning an item they let you know when the parcel has been received back with them. Delivery is always at a respectable time and in a good package also.
In the past the only issue I have had with ASOS is their delivery charges. I understand even these companies have to ship our packages out to us as a cost, but the 3.95 standard delivery rate (that most online stores charge) always put me off online shopping slightly. However within the last couple of months they have introduced a new free standard delivery option, which is fantastic from my point of view, and makes me shop here even more now because of this. They do still offer promotional emails such as free next day delivery on certain days, which is still very enticing as if you need an outfit for a specific occasion you can it delivered in perfect time.


*** Overall Opinion

I have been a fan of this website for a few years now as stated, however even more so now they have gone to free standard delivery. A lot of people would like this brand to go to a standard high street shop; but personally I think the reason why this works so well is becuase it is online only; everything is their all in one place, and like many other girls and also my friends I will continue to spend me night evenings searching through this site and often making orders late in the pm or very early am, when I am just relaxing at my laptop.
