Overally good but not excellent

Advantages: free postage, good choice, overally good customer service, good quality pictures
Disadvantages: Sometimes inaccurate descriptions, isolated incidents (wrong products shipping etc)
Asos does have good customer service that means that all enquiries are dealt with promptly, they despatch the goods the next day after the order has been placed and if the package gets lost in post, they refund without hassle. I also like the catwalk presentation on their website because it gives you a rough idea what the garment looks like when on (if you are as pretty, thin and tall as their models are :-). They do e-gift vouchers. They offer free worldwide delivery and this is quite extraordinary. They give discount codes when something goes wrong on their side. Once they sent me a different product by mistake so it was a bit of a hassle to post it back though they refunded all the costs promptly. Another time when I wasnīt happy was when I bought "one size" socks but in fact it was clearly socks in a large size (and it said so on the packaging). As I have very small feet, it was wasted money because they said they wouldnīt refund the return postage if I decided to send them back. I think they should have because I was mislead by the description that made me think that the socks would fit. I canīt give more than 4 stars because of these incidents. The bottom line is that if you buy clothes online, you waste time and money on the returns so I have decided to do all my clothes and shoe shopping in the real shops from now onwards.
Summary: Better than other shops selling fashion.
