Returns procedures are getting a lot better (But keep your proof of postage)

Advantages: Have gotten their act together
ASOS is an online fashion retail website that have a large range of clothing, bags and shoes at great prices. They also do great sales (Which seem to be constant) and discount designer clothing. They have most the biggest brands and are always on trend.
Credit where credit is due, i have to say that ASOS have really gotten their act together in terms of customer services recently.
I've been using the website since back in the day, when they still called themselves As Seen On Screen and focused on a small number of products that celebrities had been seen wearing. I remember returning a product to them a few years back and it taking me several months to acknowledge me and sort out a refund. It was a right carry on but obviously they have listened to their customers and got their act together.
I've returned two products recently. The first again they didn't acknowledge. No emails to say they'd received it, no refund, nothing, i thought it was as in the old days so i got ready for a fight. Sent my first emailing asking why i hadn't heard anything, they said send us a copy of your proof of postage and so i scanned it and emailed it straight to them. I had a full refund within two days was impressed.
The second time went a bit smoother. Two days after posting my item back i received an email to confirm that they had processed my return and then a refund in my bank account shortly after. Returns are also now free either through royal mail (At any post office) or through the Collection+ services that has quite a few corner shops and supermarkets that you can take the item to. There's also a collection service for £2.95 but i've never used it so can't really say how good it is.
Overall am a lot more impressed with ASOS than i used to be.
