Not tthe biggest fan of online shopping but have to say ASOS do a pretty good job and have great ranges of products.The thing which I was impressed with most is the fact that they include a freepost retund label in case you don't link the product.They also have som great brands on the site and many of the latest stuff at pretty decent prices. Very bad service. Would never recommend to anyone. I did order on 27th january and still have not may clothes. I did email them after 3 weeks waiting and suddenly: we lost your order. I did order on 100 punds and they lost my order, very dissapointed. Now they put half money back and sending new just half of my order, because some goods are already out of stock. Very bad customer service, quick, yes, but plain and unhelpful. Dont order from them. My friend did too order and her order came very late, like 4 weeks. Also maybe here is positive reviews, check the www.reviewcenter.com there are just negativs about ASOS. like just 2 out of 5.
