Axminster Power Tools Ltd are to be avoided if you want to keep your sanity. I would give them a minus star rating due to my experience I've had using them but I can't so I've given them a one star! I bought a spray gun HVLP Fuji Mini Mite3 and they sent me the wrong spray gun...wasn't even a Fuji gun and also no mains lead included! No worries I thought, I'll ring them up tell them about the mistake and they can send me out the correct part...simple! WRONG!! I telephoned them and emailed them to explain the problem. Do you remember the old style hardware stores that villages used to have, with seemingly endless stock, and rooms that ran one into the other, showing you a huge range of different items that were available. Axminster's offline shop is a bit like that, but their online shop is very similar in many ways. I have used this site consistently for about three and a half years, and it is in my favourites as opposed to other tool shops, simply because of the mentality of the staff, and the flexibility of service offered to its' customers.
