I'd been wanting to make Thai Massaman/Mussaman Curry for ages, but I couldn't buy the paste anywhere as it's not something that's readily available at most supermarkets. I could have tried making it from scratch, but finding ingredients like lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves and galangal isn't that easy either so that did not really solve my problem. I wasn't able to get to a big Chinese supermarket for a while, so I had a look online to see if I could find the paste.
