I've been shopping online on this site since they opened over 10 years ago and have got to know the staff reasonably well. I've found the site easy to navigate and I'm usually lucky enough that everything I wish to order is in stock or due within a few days.

I've found the staff to be very helpful and I've learnt that the website is being rebuilt from scratch. I think once this is completed it will make a huge difference to the whole shopping experience, hopefully making it far quicker!

With regard to delivery, I've ordered for a number of online beer and wine retailers and I think the charges are pretty reasonable. They charge a flat rate of £7.49 so its up to me to make it worth while - the more I order the more the P&P flattens out (so to speak!). I have ordered from other retailers who charge an amount for the first parcel followed by an additional amount for any further parcels. I like to know exactly what the charge will be up front!

All in all, I'm looking forward to seeing the updated website and continuing to purchase from them.
