Advantages: large range of products

Disadvantages: no AMAZING prices

I originally started visiting Bigsave to collect beenz but gave up soon afterwards because there is just so much on the site that i could have spent hours trawling through all the departments...

...however, the other day, for a little inspiration, i went back to the site, had a browse, and found an inspiring christmas gift. The price was good, especially as i had the option to pay in beenz (which actually worked out cheaper). However, I wouldn't say that the prices were anything special and I would normally choose to shop on the high street.


The thing about bigsave is that it has all the departments that a real-life department store offers, and more. Each area is broken down into smaller subcategories (for instance, lighting is then broken down into indoors, outdoors, free standing, tabletop etc) and in each categories there is quite a range of products to choose from.

The site looks a little naff (which is what originally made me think it was a US site!!!) but i guess that makes no difference if you find what you are looking for and it arrives promptly.

The site does offer a search function so that if you know what you want, you can go straight there, but I actually quite enjoy just browsing!
