I ordered a North Face fleece online on a Thursday. Later that day, they sent me an email saying that they have shipped my order and had instantly charged me for it. However, it is Thursday now of the following week and the package has still not arrived. I have sent them a complaint email on Thurday and got a reply on the next Monday saying that they would redeliver it in a couple of days but it still hasn't arrive till this very day. I am disappointed to say the least of such a reputable store to give such horrible service. Over the past few days, I have received many other orders which I made online later with no problems. This was my first time buying anything from their online website and it is certainly going to be the last. This experience has totally changed my perception on them.
