Back in the day when it was Black Star, this site used to ok for buying all of your films and such, although it couldn't compete with the likes of HMV, it did offer some great deals. I didn't shop here much, but when I did, I thought the service was good, not the best but good. Since this store opened, things have gone up in the world regarding the online sale of goods, and I don't think that Black Star could keep up. Although it may seem pointless to add yet another positive review of BlackStar, I've been so impressed with their service that I felt I should comment. Plus I just wrote a damning review in another dooyoo area, and it'd make a nice change to say something good about someone. The main thing that's impressed me about BlackStar is their customer service. Blackstar was my first time. It was a few years back and the order was a video not DVD but Blackstar was my first time, any I wouldn't have had it any other way. Blackstar focuses greatly on Customer Service and they do it better than any company I know, (infact they level with one but thats a totally different online service altogther). I love the internet and I love shopping on the internet purely because it has saved me so much money over the years. Without it I'd say that my 500+ DVD collection would be a lot smaller. The main thing to buy over the net is entertainment goods such as music, video and dvd's purely because you can normally get the best prices and don't have to endure going to every shop in town.
