Just adding my voice to what already is apparent. Blackstar is a brilliant video dealer.

Iv'e ordered from them for the last 2 years or so now and the service is second to none. They're cheaper than most places and delivery is very quick. Iv'e spent around £150 with them so ive ordered a fair few videos in that time.

You get a star for every £10 you spend and depending on how many stars you have you can trade them in for gifts. One of the best was a dvd player but you would have to have spent an awful lot of money to get that. The stars are just a novelty and a reward for loyalty.

The best thing is the layout of Blackstars site. It's easy to locate the video you're after and all you have to do is tap in the title or even the director or an actor. You get a lot of information for most videos with a review and information on the key stars.

They also have regualar newsletter updates you can subscribe to for free and they tell you the best of the latest video releases and special offers.

Over all a fantastic site and I can sometimes spend hours just tracking down films that I may want to buy in the future. On the website is a comprehensive video release dates list. They seem to offer cheaper prices for pre-orders as well. If there's a video you really want but it is deleted Blackstar will likely tell you and if you want they will hunt it down and find it for you. You pay a reasonable fee if they find it but the hunt is free if they don't.

If you should encounter problems the staff are really friendly. One video I pre-ordered was delayed and they emailed to apologise and offered me a further discount!
