I used Scarlett Flowers (bloomingbritain) for Mother's Day this year. My brother died last July so this was the first year there was only me to make sure my Mother got flowers, cards etc. I was away for that weekend but was comforted with the knowledge that she would receive my flowers on that very difficult day. BUT she did not receive anything thanks to Scarlett Flowers. When I tried to get through to them it took me 3 days. On several occasions somebody simply picked up the phone and replaced the receiver immediately, another time I was cut off - I tried e-mailing but to no avail. They did refund me the money - but that was absolutely and totally inadequate under the circumstances. I would advise NOT to use this company and I have reported them to Trading Standards.

Avoid these guys like the plague. Bad quality flowers that die within 5 days. Awful customer service. I asked for buy 1 get 1 free service and requested a delivery to my wife and one to my mother. Both were sent to my wife. No one would resolve the issue and after the internet purchase there was no confirmation email to ensure that the delivery addresses were correct. No responsibility. I ordered flowers and chocolates from the "flowers for all occassions" site and like the other reviews received NO flowers and NO chocolates on the date they should of arrived (still waiting for delivery or an answer from customer services). They are happy to take your money but not happy to deliver. *Please Please Please do not let your relative or loved one down on their special day by ordering anything from this site*. My mum’s birthday came and yet again my dad didn’t have anything for her so on the Sunday night I scanned the net for a reasonably priced flower delivery site that would deliver the next day. The majority of sites would ask that orders be placed before a certain time that day so as I had placed my order around 6pm on Sunday night it was well within the ‘before 2pm’ limit for the Monday to be delivered that day.
