Terrible service. I order a product for next day delivery, assuming as post is delivered on Saturdays, that it would be delivered on Saturday. It was not. I tried to change my address, they wouldn't allow me to. Then TNT lost the parcel. I alerted Bol.com - they told me I had to wait another day to report it as lost, even though they could also see that TNT had lost the parcel. I wait a day. They tell me they will refund the money in 3 weeks. 3 weeks!?! I wanted them to just send a new one, but they will not. I can order a new one after I get my money back for the first one. As if I will ever be using Bol again. And all the while the customer service was terrible. Hard to speak to anyone and email responses take a day.
