I started using boohoo about a two months ago, I was after a dress for a girls night out but was on a budget, I hadn't seen anything in the shops that took my fancy so one of my friends suggested boohoo as he uses the site all the time.

What is boohoo.com
boohoo.com is basically a clothing web site with the ideal that catwalk looks should be available for all budgets and therefore is cheaper than other sites such as ASOS.com. The site offers female clothing in sizes 8 to 14 (occasionally some in a 16) plus shoes and accessories.

Navigation
Navigation of the site is pretty easy but the site can be slow at times. Apart from having just the search facility and the normal catagory's (tops, dresses, accsessories, etc) you can also take a look at some of the looks that the boohoo team have put together, just click on the item and you can purchase it to your requirements.
I really like the press facility as boohoo items are now featured in loads of magazine fashion shoots this facility shows you the pages from various magazines and you can just click to buy.
The annoying thins I find though is that there are literally hundreds of items, at the moment for instance there are 21 ages of tops, if you see one you like on page 10 decided to take a closer look but want to carry on looking if you click the continue shopping tab you get taken back to page 1. I end up putting anything I want to have a look at in my basket.

Purchasing
Easy peasey. Click on the item choose the size and colour add it to your basket. If you have a promotional code you add it here, then you can either check out ith your debit or credit card or if you have used the site before and saved your card details you can use the express pay. There is a charge of £4.99 for delivery but boohoo delivery is next day aslong as the items are ordered before 4pm.

Tracking
Once you have ordered from the site next time you log back in you will be instantly shown your previous orders and will show you the order status, and whether it has been despatched.

Returns
boohoo offers a money back guarantee, if you are not entirely happy with anything you have ordered you can return it within 14 days of the date shown on your despatch note.
To make a return first of all you must notify them online what item you are returning and why. he item then needs to be repacked in the original packaging with the boohoo address label on it (this is found at the bottom of the delivery note) you then take the parcel to a post office counter, it s free to return but you need to get proof of postage. For a refund it will take about 30 days to get your money back and for an exchange about 1 days.

My Experience
I had heard of boohoo even before my frend suggested it, I read a lot of magazines like Heat, Closer and Reveal and they do feature quite a bit of boohoo items. Before I actually went to the site though I was under the impression that they just sold clothing I wasn't aware they had a great range of shoes and accessories.
I was really amazed at the range of clothing they had, there is loads of stuff on there and it's all up to date, there isn't really anything I didn't like but the prices are even better. As I was on a budget my first visit I bought 1 dress for £20 but then bought 2 pairs of shoes one for £22.50 and one for £15 which I think is really reasonable.
I ordered after 4pm so my stuff didn't arrive the next day but were here the day after and I was quite impressed with the products.
Since then I have used the site a few more time for various purchases, I have found most items good quality and wash really well but the stitching on the hem of one of my dresses has come undone and it's over the 14 days so I am a little disapointed about that. I have also found the sizing varies a little bit, one dress I ordered was a 16 (and thats what I was according to there size guide) but when it arrived I had to send it back and exchange it for a 14 ( was quite chuffed with that though) also the shoes I'm a size 7 one pair I ordered were nice and snug bu another were a little loose around the heel of my foot. I didn't send these back though as I'm pretty sure the 6 would've been too small.

Overall
I am quite impressed with boohoo, it's a great place to find clothing at affordable prices and because it isn't on the high street your not in so much danger of seeing someone wearing the same outfit as you.
The site also has great offers on, at the moment all dresses are £15 or less and there is also a clearance on with up to 75% off. The delivery is excellent most of the clothing wears and washes well and the returns are easy and quite fair (i do think they could have a 28 day policy but that is just my opinion).
I would highly recommend.
