On the plus side, I did like all the items I ordered from Boohoo. Unfortunately, the coat I'd ordered was too small. The returns are supposed to be free. However, there is a sneaky £2 re-stocking fee (whatever that means - It cost them £2 to open the packet and put it back in the warehouse? doubtful) which they take off the amount they refund you. I describe it as "sneaky" because they send you two emails about your refund and don't mention the charge.Also, be aware that they don't seem to answer emails unless you like them on facebook and complain on their wall (if you were wondering how to get their attention).I wouldn't recommend them.

I ordered a few items from Boohoo, the delivery was slower than i expected (ordered Saturday, delivered following Saturday) but i was happy with 2 out of 3 products, 3rd product just didn't suit me, but was still a very nice item. I returned them on the monday (easy peasy with their returns label) and I received an email saying they had received my return, then one saying they had processed my refund. very impressed by the communication and the service. Great company.
