Shopping with boxman.co.uk is not the most exciting experience on the net! First of all, what is it with their website - really user unfriendly; why can't they just collate the information under one heading instead of the consumer having to click on every line when an artist has separate CDs with separate recording companies (Van Morrison has for instance 6 separate listinss!!!).
Anyway, I ordered CDs from the shop and it takes ages for them to be shipped. On top of it they cannot even find CDs that are in print. I was getting these emails from boxman about how they are still searching for the item; meanwhile I checked with the record company's website and voila the CD was still in print. Off I went and ordered it with Amazon.co.uk and it arrived within 3 days.
Boxman has the tendency to list an awful lot of CDs but can not deliver once one orders them.
