Excellent store but these days you can get the same quality cheaper (Bravissimo.com)

Advantages: Expert fitting, lovely fitting rooms, very helpful staff

Disadvantages: Slightly more expensive, not everywhere has a store nearby

Both me and my mum are both larger busted ladies - me being a 34G and her being an unmentionable omg do they actually come in that size size!

I initially got the Bravissimo catalogue which is great, comes in descrete packaging and has everything shown with 'real' women wearing the items so you can imagine what you're going to look like in them. I've never ordered from the catalogue as I prefer to be able to go in a store and try things on so was really pleased when they put one in my home town. I've visited the stores in Manchester, nottigham and Newcastle and they're all very much laid out the same with light wooden flooring and a very light airy feel. The changing rooms are a good size and the staff are really really helpful and nothing is too much bother, they make suggestions regarding alterations that could be made to make a bra fit better or different styles that may suit you better.

However, the past year or so my local Debenhams have started stocking more and more bigger cup sizes and I find that not only do they stock the named brands they do their own plus Debenhams often has sales on which makes the bras £5 or so cheaper than Bravissimo, so I tend to go there now if I need a new bra. I would still use Bravissmo if I wanted a bra for a special occasion (like I went there to get properly fitted when I was pregnant).

Summary: Great for that special occasion bra but shop around you may find cheaper
