This time last year we were looking for a wireless solution to acompany our broadband connection. We had vouchers for PCWorld so we brought the router + network cards from PCWorld. So then we were thinking are we going to spend our money on the well overpriced modem at PCWorld or search somewhere else, so we decided to have a look around, and we found broadband buyer, we found the modem that we wanted at a good price so we ordered it, within 2 days it was with us. Very quick delivery. Unfortunatly it came with an American PSU, we contacted broadbandbuyer, who then contacted D-link on our behalf and they sent us a UK PSU within 2 days. The modem worked fine.

Well 6 months later the router (not modem) stopped working, we had since lost the receipt for the router, so PCWorld wouldn't accept it back. So we went looking for another network solution away from PCWorld. So we immediatly through Broadband Buyer, we checked out and brought a Draytek router as they are know for their reliablilty. And that was sent to us within 2 days. And we've had no problems since.

Broandband Buyer offer great support and will often give you a reply within 24hours, they also now offer a support forum, which not many online shops would do, this can be very useful.

They also have a 'Network Wizard', this will help you choose your network solution by answer some questions abuot your current setup, this can be very useful to the people who perhaps don't know much about home networking.

They also offer a 'Buyer's Guide' this along with the network wizard can help new customers who perhaps do not know much about home networking to choose the correct solution for them.
