Advantages: Professional Pre Sales Advice

I used Broadbandbuyer as they were extremely helpful when trying to determine which products I needed to set up a wireless home network. They recommended Netgear which worked fine but the laptop device software made changes we were not happy with.

Netgear were worse than useless in helping us despite it being a know problem.

Netgear responded within an hour with a potential solution and offered a replacement part from another maker if we were still not happy.
