Every Christmas there are a couple of people on my list who are just impossible to buy for. Whilst 'googling' for ideas, I came across this site, buyagift. The site has a whole range of experience day gifts, such as days out, pampering days, hotel breaks; the list goes on and on. It was founded in 1999, and works with 400 suppliers to bring us over 2500 gifts and experiences. Or so the site says. The site is very easy to use. When it comes to Christmas and birthdays, I like to get people something different. I'm not the kind of person who gives cd's, dvd's or smellies to grandma. I like to find things that they will open and say "wow, I never would have thought of that". I've been really impressed with buyagift.

Excellent range of products, best prices for these (beats similar websites such as Virgin .etc) and there's plenty of discount codes around on the web.

Item arrived the day after I ordered, using standard postage. Gift tin arrived with a dent (from Post Office mishandling - packaging should have been adequate). I sent an email asking for a replacement tin. Buyagift got back to me the same day and dispatched a new one, for free, the same day.

Replacement tin arrived the next day.

Excellent company, excellent prices, excellent turn around and excellent customer service.
