This site has a really good range of stores and products. It's easy to use as you can either search for what you want or browse through categories or stores. I'd never bought anything over the internet before, but I was really stuck for a birthday present for my mum. There's some really good gift ideas that I would never have thought of if I'd been traipsing round the shops, and I ended up getting her a really nice pressie! It's made me lazy now as I know I can just sit down at the computer and pick something out instead of going out in the cold.
When you first get to the site, there looks to be a lot less to it than there actually is. It took me a few minutes to understand how to navigate round all the different stores. If you know more or less what you're looking for, there's a search option, so you can go straight there. I didn't so first of all I tried searching for categories such as gifts for women etc. I found it much easier though, to go direct to an interesting looking store and check out all of their products. The sorts of things that are listed in the gifts categories are a bit general and limited and not really what you might want for a special or different present.
Once I had an idea of what the different stores had to offer, there's a option to view only the products that are within your price range. That was really helpful to me as it meant I didn't have to trawl through lots of pages of things I couldn't afford.
Once you have chosen your items, you don't pay the particular store directly, it's done through World Pay which covers the whole site. I didn't have any problems at all with paying, apart from the deliery charge which was &2.95. I'm not sure if that is the same for all of the products and stores n the site though so you would have to check.
Once my order had been passed along to the store that I had used, I received two emails confirming the detail
s. The one thing that I wasn't sure about though, was the delivery time. There was a message about a general delivery time of 5 - 10 days, but it also said that you should check with the particular store you had ordered from. Maybe it was just me, but I couldn't find anything that confirmed or denied the general estimate. In any case, my goods arrived five days after I had placed the order which I was quite happy with.
The main thing I liked about this site, was the fact that there was so much to choose from all in the one place. I think it would be especially useful to people who, like me, don't really know what they're looking for until they see it.

Summary:
