I've shopped a few times at CD WOW, and to be honest they've not been bad overall. The prices are certainly very competitive most of the time, and they have some rather excellent sales which are very much worth looking at. Product quality is excellent, and customer service (on the one occasion I had to use it) was pretty good too, so why would I not be wow'd by them you say... Well, for me it's their packaging that really badly lets them down.
