The one place other than going abroad to find cheap stuff is going on the Internet. A lot of the Internet sticks to that but there are a few sites that don't. Take cd now for example I may as well buy a cd from my local shop and not risk getting my money nicked through using my credit card. The prices at this online store are just as much as they are in shops except for hmv but that has always been expensive. In general this is a very easy website to navigate around. You have the usual search facility is which you can search on the following categories; Artists Name, Album Title, Song Title, Record Label and for the Video side Video Title and Actor/Director. You can also browse through the different categories of music that are available at the website. When you click on each section you get a separate page for each showing new releases and offers in that category. Even though all the prices are in dollars and the shipping cost is quite a lot it is still cheaper to buy CDs from this site that at HMV. I have been buying CDs from CDNOW occasionally for over a year now and I can't sing their praises enough. I'll attempt to start somewhere however. Their range of products simply cannot be beaten - if it's been recorded they'll almost certainly have it. They also have 30 second clips of every song on most albums so you know exactly what you're buying. Then there's the amazing value for money. Every CD I have bought so far has ranged in price from £13 - £17 and, note this, that price includes delivery!!
