CDs too costly. Music cds from artists are far to expensive that I just wouldn’t buy one anymore. Three months ago I went out and bought a cd writer for my computer and then realised how cheap it was for a blank cd.I was able to buy a blank cd with jewel case for 40p. If this is the price then please tell me why the like of HMV sell music cds for £13.99 and nearly twenty pounds for a double cd,it’s a real rip off. Another thing I hate is the difference in price at some stores,like I live in Belfast.Our local Sainsburys sells the top 20 cds at £9.99 each which is very good but 100 yards away in the same complex HMV ...

Actually, I can only comment on a small part of CDShop.com's service - refunds. However, I still thought it was worth writing as many people writing in this category might not experience this side of the business, and so hopefully this opinion will still be useful!
