Disadvantages: complete lack of customer care - items not delivered - phone not answered - e-mails not responded to

I ordered a book my son wanted over a month ago - I tried to chase the order by e-mail and got no reply - I then found a phone number via Google but nobody answers the phone. I have cancelled the order today and will now keep a very close eye on my credit card statement to make sure I am not charged for something I haven't received.
I will never use this company again and wish I had checked this site before I placed the order.
My star rating is zero (you are forced to give at least one star on the rating for some reason) - I would give minus stars if I could for complete lack of customer service. This company is obviously run by someone who basically doesn't care about the customer in any way, shape or form as otherwise customers would receive responses to e-mails and the phone would be answered.
In the credit crunch environment hopefully people will spend their hard-earned money elsewhere.

Summary: This company does not deserve to be in business
