Excellent store, I have ordered tons of stuff from this store over 6 years or so and have had nothing but quality customer service. I have returned plenty of items of clothing because it didnt fit and they sent me another size with no postage costs within days of me sending it back, all instructions for returns are printed clearly on the back of the reciept including an address patch to stick to the package. They just had my mixer repaired and sent it back to me promptly when a chanel fader went down on me and even paid my postage costs for the return and i'd had the mixer for 6 months, hence me writing them this glowing review. Very dissapointed in this company. Bought a dual cd player/mixer before xmas only to find that it was faulty (all cds skipped, loop function didnt work at all). WE sent the item back only to be told we couldnt exchange it. Their reasons for this were.... 1) The cd player had been taken apart by us (Completely untrue) 2) Alot of buttons were missing (Completely untrue) 3) There was bluetack inside the machine???!!!! (Definately untrue from our behalf) The only time we used the item was as soon as it was taken out the box, and it was then we found it to not work. At no time did we mess or play about with it. Chemical records is an excellent site to buy all different genres of music. They sell House, Drum and Bass (good selection), Hardhouse, Old Skool and Gabba. The majority of vinyl sold can be heard FULLY through the Real Player which can be downloaded from this site. The price and release dates are also apparant. The site is updated daily and they send u updates on tunes that you buy. Excellent delivery service. Excellent customer service. Excellent navigation about the site also.
