Disadvantages: Rude, accusational, very unprofessional company to buy from

Very dissapointed in this company. Bought a dual cd player/mixer before xmas only to find that it was faulty (all cds skipped, loop function didnt work at all). WE sent the item back only to be told we couldnt exchange it. Their reasons for this were....
1) The cd player had been taken apart by us (Completely untrue)
2) Alot of buttons were missing (Completely untrue)
3) There was bluetack inside the machine???!!!! (Definately untrue from our behalf)

The only time we used the item was as soon as it was taken out the box, and it was then we found it to not work. At no time did we mess or play about with it.

I have spoken to several people at the company and they continue to put us off, not allowing us any sort of refund. I feel i have just had the money stolen off us as we are not getting any sort of response from them. They say they will call so we wait and get nothing.....
The people who we have dealt with over the phone have all been very unhelpful, many of whom have treated us rudely and with disrespect.

Avoid at all costs!!!
