Advantages: competitively priced ink cartridges. Quick delivery
Disadvantages: poor website ,badly marketed product
I saw this site on Dooyoo and as I use quite a lot of stationary, envelopes, paper etc, I trooped off to see if I could save myself some pennies.
I was a little disappointed to find that choice stationary didn't have a great choice of stationary, In fact they didn't really have any AT ALL. What they offer is a small range of ink jet printer paper and compatible printer cartridges for Epson, Lexmark, HP AND Canon.
The site itself is pretty uninspiring,it is sparse to the point of making you actually think if the site is maintained or in use.
Whoever owns the site obviously hasn't splashed out a lot of money on the marketing or promotion side of the business.
The features(eh,that should be feature)include an online catalogue, but when I clicked on it I found myself back at the front page,(super -that works really well -NOT!)
In spite of what I've mentioned before, I had a look around at what was on offer and found that the prices were extremely competitive.
Here's a sample of what they had for sale:
On offer was an Epson compatible package of 1blk + 1color cartridge for only £7.50.Now that is really good value in anyones book.
The Lexmark cartridges started at around £14.50 for black, the HP from £10.50 black,
and Canon were £9.50 black to £13.00 for colour.All these prices include delivery
Although there wasn't a great range of product the prices are good and the site does have secure shopping and acepts all credit and debit cards. Delivery is despatched next day as well, so that's a bonus. I've placed a small order today to see how good the cartridges really are - so I'll keep you posted.
Overall this is not the most inspiring shopping experience you will ever encounter, and the website could do with a little bit of livening up. Even the name could do with changing as it's definitely a company that sells ink cartridges(unless they plan to expa
nd in the future)but the prices are good. But if the cartridges are ok, at the prices the sell them for -then who cares!

- 19/11/00 Sarah Unity - I received delivery on 16/11 there was no problem with delivery apart from the fact it took 2 days to reach me instead of next day. They seem ok. |
