I ordered 2 weeks in advance of the date I wanted them delivered, then phoned a week before to make sure they would get to my girlfriend before she left work (was having them delivered to the school she works at), a very unfriendly woman who obviously couldn't care less about my order told me that because of the delivery method I had chosen (I actually didn't choose any method because delivery was included in the price and there was no options to choose from) they may not even get there on the date I wanted, they can take up to 48 hours!! the only suggestion she had to offer was to cancel the order. I have dealt with Clare Florists on several occaisions. The first occaision my next door neighbour had gone to Scotland because her father was somewhat poorly. Later that week we heard that unfortunately he had died. Knowing my neighbours parents this came as a shock and both my wife and I thought that a card alone to my neighbours Mother would not say how sorry we were.
