Never again. When they say items unboxed they mean it. Two ovens just wrapped in bubble wrap. Both caused injury. One badly dented with sharp edges the other full of GLASS. There is no sign as to where the glass has come from and not knowing i stuck my hand in and got cut and covered in glass splinters. Imagine if that glass had gone in my food. They have said they will collect the weekend and closed the enquiry, never mind about what damage it has done or even if i will be around at the weekend. At first i though service was brill but until your not happy the good service ends. I have found the oven 50 pound more on line but i would rather pay that 50 pounds than go through all that again.

10 call outs later, we had had enough, they finally agreed to write the machine off, you are given a date about a week later 8am - 6pm sometimes they dont even bother to turn up. anyway the machine that we had was written off, or was it ?it is back on clearance comet now for £185.00 1 bid how do i know its the same one because you cannot buy that model anymore, and the bloke who took it left us the hose and all the scratches are exactly the same. well you might be lucky but i would advise against it!!! listing

OH MY GOD!!!!!! do NOT buy from comet clearance i bought a 13.1 lchest freezer with a few scratches. was delivered no probs. stocked it up no probs all lights on no probs............ 2 days l8r hmmmmmmmmmm food all defrosting!!!! rang them up no probs told to throw away food n keep packaging to make a lost food claim no probs. engineer came 7 days later no probs.... cant be fixed u will get a refund no probs.... food claim no u cant make a food claim we dont do that anymore!!!! Beware, there is something not quite right here. I bid on and won a Bosch fridge - when it came it was completely the wrong model. Oh we listed it wrongly they said (lies, the damage report was NOT for the fridge delivered), all we can do is take it away. No offer of another, no first chance on the next one listed. Unhelpful in the extreme.
Since I 'won' that bid three others have been sold there, all for higher prices. I have a feeling someone deliberately substituted my fridge and put the original back into the auction to acheive a higher price. I will be very very wary of using the site again, because if there is any kind of problem they simply don't want to know. They have no concept of customer service at all.
