I have been trying to get a response to having the TV repaired. The parts come from abroad and 4 weeks later no response. Customer care team and staff useless, ignore calls, emails letters and will not put you through to anyone in authority "Comet Policy" so Simon Fox sits in ignorance.

Have wasted over 2 hours on the mobile

The after sales is pathetic the pre sales excellent

This TV package cost 2.5k and gathering dust
